Senior Five9 and Genesys engineers for partner delivery

Bring a live platform scope. We'll match senior specialists for direct interviews, agree on delivery ownership, and start with a 20-hour monthly block, an embedded engineer, or a white-label pod after approval and access are in place.

White-label

delivery with partner-protection terms

The platform opportunity is real. The engineering bench does not have to be permanent.

Client work expands beyond licenses and configuration. Integrations, custom workflows, data flows, testing, rollout support, and post-go-live requests compete for the same senior people.

SOTR lets Five9 and Genesys consultancies add proven platform specialists around that work, while the partner keeps the account, CX strategy, and commercial relationship.

Start with the smallest engagement that can prove the fit.

You do not need to accept a broad capability claim. Validate the people against live work, define an observable outcome, and expand from evidence.

Validate the specialist first

Interview the engineers directly and review the relevant platform experience before agreeing to a kickoff.

Start with a live delivery gap

Bring one active integration, workflow, migration, or post-go-live backlog—not a long-term hiring commitment.

Start with 20 hours per month

Reserve a few senior specialist hours each week for configuration, technical guidance, or a focused backlog, then expand when demand grows.

You lead the relationship. We make technical ownership explicit.

The exact boundary is agreed before kickoff, so the client knows who decides, who builds, who reports, and who accepts the work.

Two to three people, shaped around the delivery risk.

Start with one senior specialist or combine hands-on engineering, solution architecture, and delivery management. Add QA only when it earns its place.

Core

Senior contact center engineer

Hands-on Five9 or Genesys specialist responsible for configuration, integrations, custom development, testing, and technical documentation.

As needed

Solutions architect

Translates approved business and CX requirements into an architecture, integration approach, technical decisions, and delivery-ready backlog.

Pod engagements

Delivery manager

Owns the agreed plan, dates, quality checkpoints, risk visibility, and daily communication model with the partner or client team.

Optional add-on

QA support

Adds structured test planning, regression coverage, acceptance evidence, and go-live readiness when the scope requires it.

The technical work around Five9 and Genesys.

Match the engineer to the actual platform, integration landscape, and workstream. Relevant experience is validated in your interview.

Implementation and migration

Platform setup, migration support, configuration, rollout readiness, validation, and go-live execution.

IVR, routing, and campaigns

Inbound and outbound flows, routing logic, queues, prompts, campaigns, and operational workflow changes.

CRM and business systems

Connections with Salesforce, CRMs, internal applications, agent tools, identity, and the systems surrounding the platform.

APIs and custom integration

Middleware, APIs, webhooks, event flows, custom services, and resilient data exchange between systems.

Reporting and data workflows

Reporting foundations, exports, operational data flows, dashboards, and integrations with analytics environments.

Automation and post-go-live work

AI-enabled workflows, backlog delivery, fixes, improvements, documentation, and ongoing platform engineering.

No mystery between the call and the first day.

Start where approval is easiest. Scale where delivery is proven.

Put the important promises in the operating model and the SOW.

Final terms are agreed per engagement. These are the safeguards we are prepared to structure with you.

Partner protection

White-label delivery, non-circumvention, non-solicitation, NDA, and IP assignment can be written into the engagement terms.

Client-controlled access

Engineers can work inside your VPN, VDI, managed-device, least-privilege, and access revocation requirements.

Named delivery ownership

The delivery manager agreed with the client owns plan visibility, dates, quality checkpoints, risks, and escalation paths.

Fit replacement commitment

A first-10-business-day fit concern can trigger a replacement search without a recruiting fee, with transition terms agreed in the SOW.

Acceptance correction window

For fixed-scope work, defects against written acceptance criteria can be corrected for 14 days after acceptance at no engineering charge.

Paid post-go-live coverage

Add business-hours support or an agreed on-call rotation under a monthly minimum when the production risk requires it.

Need a security review? We will document the access model, data boundaries, required controls, and current certifications honestly before the team receives access.

Clear answers before your client depends on us.

Where does your Five9 and Genesys experience come from?

The platform experience sits with the senior specialists available for engagement. Each has more than five years of hands-on experience, with some exceeding seven. You review the relevant background and interview the engineer directly before committing. SOTR provides the commercial, delivery, and operating model around the engagement.

Can we speak with a delivery reference?

Yes. We can arrange a private reference from our broader enterprise software work during vendor evaluation, subject to scheduling and a mutually agreed introduction. It is not a Five9 or Genesys project reference; validate platform experience directly with the proposed specialist.

How quickly can someone actually start?

We first match the platform experience to your live scope and present the relevant specialists for direct interviews. The selected engineer can start after your technical approval, contract, and access requirements are complete. We separate specialist availability from client onboarding time so the expectation is clear.

Can we start with only a few hours per week?

Yes. You can begin with a reserved 20-hour monthly block—roughly five hours per week—for configuration, troubleshooting, technical reviews, or a focused backlog. We agree on priorities, availability, communication, and response expectations before kickoff. This keeps the model flexible without turning it into ad-hoc, one-hour support.

Can you work completely white-label?

Yes. We can work behind your brand, inside your tools and communication model. Non-circumvention, non-solicitation, confidentiality, IP ownership, and client-contact boundaries can be included in the agreement.

Who turns requirements into architecture and tickets?

We decide that boundary at kickoff. Your platform lead can retain solution ownership, or an SOTR solutions architect can translate approved requirements into technical decisions and a delivery-ready backlog. The delivery manager then maintains the plan, risks, and quality checkpoints.

How do you price the work?

We support fixed-price scopes, time and materials, monthly pod fees, individual engineers, and paid discovery. We qualify the scope, risk, and team shape on the first call before proposing commercial terms.

What happens if an engineer is not the right fit?

If you raise a fit concern during the first 10 business days, we can begin a replacement search without a recruiting fee. The final transition, overlap, and commercial treatment are written into the SOW so there are no surprises.

Do you provide a post-go-live warranty?

For fixed-scope work, we can include a 14-day correction window for defects that fail written acceptance criteria. Scope changes and third-party platform changes are handled separately. Ongoing support and on-call coverage are available under a paid monthly agreement.

How do you handle security and regulated data?

We can work inside client-controlled VPN, VDI, managed-device, least-privilege, and offboarding requirements. SOTR does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, or HIPAA certification. If an engagement involves regulated data, the required controls and vendor obligations must be agreed during qualification before access is granted.

Do we need to commit to a full pod?

No. Start with a 20-hour monthly specialist block, a defined delivery sprint, or one embedded senior engineer. Add architecture, delivery management, QA, or more engineering capacity only when the scope requires it.

Have live Five9 or Genesys work that needs an engineer now?

Send the scope and meet the senior specialists matched to the work. Start with a 20-hour monthly capacity block, an embedded role, or a delivery pod—and validate every proposed engineer directly before kickoff.
