Terms of Promotion
1. Eligibility. The Free Prototype Promotion ("Promotion") is limited to one (1) free app prototype per individual per calendar week.
2. Scope. The prototype covers front-end design and interactive visuals only. Backend, server-side logic, database integration, and related services are expressly excluded.
3. Delivery. Upon successful submission of all required information, the prototype will be delivered via email within twenty-four (24) hours as a ZIP file containing the source code and any hosted preview links.
4. Intellectual Property. You shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to the delivered prototype. Software on the Road hereby assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the prototype to you upon delivery.
5. Confidentiality. All materials and information exchanged under the Promotion will be kept strictly confidential. If requested, a mutual nondisclosure agreement ("NDA") shall be executed prior to disclosure of any details.
6. Discretionary Refusal. Software on the Road reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel any prototype request under this Promotion without liability or notice.
7. Modification and Termination. The Promotion and these Terms may be modified or terminated by Software on the Road at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
